About the Role:
We are recruiting a dynamic Senior Courier Marketing Executive on behalf of our client, a leading global food-tech and delivery platform in London. In this pivotal growth marketing role, you will design and implement marketing campaigns to attract, onboard, engage, and retain independent couriers and delivery partners across the UK and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute multi-channel courier acquisition campaigns across paid digital media (Meta, Google, TikTok), local activations, and referral programs.
- Build automated courier onboarding journeys, lifecycle communications, and retention campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app channels.
- Analyze courier acquisition funnel conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and courier retention metrics to optimize spend.
- Partner with Logistics and Regional Operations teams to anticipate courier fleet supply demands and launch targeted local campaigns.
- Conduct courier feedback surveys, focus groups, and competitive research to enhance courier value proposition and messaging.
- Oversee localized creative production, brand assets, and content tailored to diverse courier communities.
- Manage external marketing agency relationships and local advertising budgets efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of performance marketing, growth marketing, or acquisition experience, preferably in gig economy, logistics, or consumer tech.
- Proven track record running paid acquisition campaigns and managing conversion rate optimization (CRO) funnels.
- Hands-on proficiency with CRM/lifecycle tools, digital advertising platforms, and web/app analytics (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer).
- Strong analytical ability to track acquisition metrics, calculate ROI, and present campaign findings clearly.
- Energetic, empathetic communicator with genuine enthusiasm for courier community engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Fluency in English.
