About this role

We're looking for a motivated Senior Marketing Executive to support initiatives that grow and retain our courier base across our fast-growing courier network in the UK & Ireland. This generalist role offers the opportunity to work across multiple disciplines, requiring creative thinking and strong analytical skills. You will collaborate with data sources to understand courier behaviours and work closely with key stakeholders to deliver B2B marketing plans within the Partner and Courier Marketing team.

Living our behaviours of lead, deliver, and care, you will bring a customer-centric approach to drive positive impact, support business performance, and foster teamwork to help us stay ahead.

We offer a hybrid working policy with three days working from the office and the remaining two from home.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Support the delivery and ongoing development of our courier loyalty programme, helping to drive engagement, retention, and value for couriers.
  • Support marketing initiatives that strengthen our proposition and position us as the first choice for couriers.
  • Analyse marketing campaign performance using systems such as Tableau and Google Analytics to track results.
  • Implement, test, and optimise marketing activities to continually raise the bar for our results.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Produce clear, high-quality marketing materials and campaign documentation to align teams with business goals.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in shaping and delivering the overall courier marketing strategy.
  • Work with our copywriter to produce compelling marketing copy for product changes, operational updates, and brand communications.
  • Own administrative details by raising POs, processing invoices, and tracking overall budget spending.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
