Senior Creatio Technical Consultant
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Creatio Technical Consultant based in United Kingdom.
This is a senior, client-facing technical consulting role focused on delivering complex CRM implementations using the Creatio platform.
You will take ownership of the technical layer of projects, from solution architecture and configuration through integrations, deployment, and support.
The role involves partnering directly with client IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable, effective technical solutions.
You will work on sophisticated implementations for North American clients, with particular exposure to financial services environments.
Strong communication skills will be essential as you bridge technical concepts and business needs while guiding stakeholders toward practical solutions.
You will also contribute to the development of junior consultants and help strengthen internal technical knowledge and best practices.

Accountabilities
- Architect, configure, develop, and implement Creatio CRM solutions tailored to complex client business requirements.
- Own the technical delivery of CRM implementation projects across the full lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through go-live and ongoing support.
- Lead integrations between Creatio and enterprise systems, ensuring reliable data flows, efficient workflows, and a strong end-user experience.
- Collaborate directly with client IT teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to budget.
- Translate complex technical concepts, architectural decisions, and integration approaches into clear and accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply Creatio best practices across architecture, configuration, low-code development, and integration patterns.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, helping them develop their Creatio expertise and implementation skills.
- Contribute to internal technical documentation, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and implementation standards.
- Participate in the wider Creatio community through activities such as blogs, webinars, forums, and knowledge-sharing events.
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation approaches, technical processes, and the quality of client solutions.

Requirements
- Creatio CRM Developer Advanced Certification is mandatory.
- 4+ years of experience leading CRM implementation projects, including complex system integrations.
- Deep hands-on expertise with the Creatio platform, including architecture, configuration, low-code development, and integration patterns.
- Demonstrated experience owning the technical delivery of projects throughout the full implementation lifecycle.
- Strong experience working directly with client IT teams and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business audiences.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or technically leading junior consultants or team members.
- Ability to work with approximately 5–6 hours of overlap with North American EST working hours.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and architectural thinking skills.
- Financial services experience, particularly in banking, credit unions, or insurance, is highly desirable.
- Experience with iPaaS integration tools is an advantage.
- Active participation in the Creatio community is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and keeping current with Creatio capabilities, implementation standards, and emerging technologies.
