Are you a visionary spatial designer who lives to challenge the ordinary and craft jaw-dropping physical experiences? Profiles Creative is thrilled to partner with an extraordinary global creative agency based in the heart of Shoreditch, East London, to find a Senior Creative 3D Designer who will push the boundaries of spatial storytelling.

This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role, offering you the chance to collaborate side-by-side with a brilliant team of graphic designers, strategists, and content developers. If you are ready to trade hybrid isolation for the vibrant energy of a creative studio and design "WOW" moments that captivate global audiences, this is your next career chapter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Spatial Concepts: Drive the creative narrative and deliver breathtaking 3D designs from initial sketches to high-end, atmospheric visualisations.
  • Design Hero Moments: Create the standout focal points of each space, including interactive installations, architectural gestures, and sculptural features.
  • Collaborate and Champion: Partner closely with internal creative teams and present concepts confidently to clients and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver and Oversee: Balance collaborative teamwork with independent ownership of projects, ensuring buildability and aesthetic consistency from concept to final delivery.
  • On-Site Activation: Travel occasionally within the United Kingdom and internationally to oversee the physical realization of your designs on-site.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
