Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative to lead the development of outstanding creative work while mentoring team members and driving creative excellence across the agency. This role combines strategic thinking, creative leadership, and hands-on design expertise to deliver impactful solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of creative concepts across multiple channels and campaigns.
- Ensure all creative output meets the highest standards of quality, innovation, and effectiveness.
- Present and defend creative thinking confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and constructive feedback to junior and midweight designers.
- Oversee design/creative projects from briefing through to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with account, strategy, and production teams to develop integrated creative solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in creative processes, workflows, and team capabilities.
- Champion the use of AI-powered creative tools, including ChatGPT, Midjourney, Weavy AI and emerging technologies, to enhance creativity, productivity, and client outcomes.
- Stay informed on industry trends, design innovation, and advancements in AI-assisted creative production.

Skills And Experience
- Extensive experience in a design or creative agency environment.
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and design excellence across both print, digital, and motion graphics.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related creative software.
- Proven experience leveraging AI tools within the creative process.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
