Role Description

The Senior Creative Artworker is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London. This role involves producing and adapting high-quality artwork across print and digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and technical accuracy for multi-channel campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing print-ready files, retouching imagery, refining layouts, and collaborating with designers, account teams, and production specialists to deliver work to exact specifications and deadlines. The Senior Creative Artworker will review and troubleshoot files, maintain technical standards, and contribute to process improvements that support efficient, high-volume campaign execution. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless delivery for a wide range of brand and agency clients.

  • Strong print production skills, including preparing print-ready files and understanding print processes and specifications.
  • Advanced artwork and artworking capabilities, with experience in layout, typography, and brand implementation across multiple formats.
  • Proficiency in photo retouching and image optimization for both print and digital outputs.
  • Solid graphics skills and experience working with industry-standard design and production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Proven experience in a creative or production studio environment, ideally supporting multi-channel, high-volume campaigns.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is beneficial; agency or marketing production experience is a strong advantage.
