The Role
Senior Creative
Rad Media Group · London, office-based · Full-time · Reports to the Founder & CEO · Start: ASAP
Why this role exists
Rad Media Group (Culted, XO, Rad Studio) reaches more than 120 million people a month and produces work for 75+ global brand partners - Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Nike, L'Oréal, Mercedes-Benz among them. The studio's reputation rests on one thing: ideas that feel native to the internet and still pass the scrutiny of the most demanding brands in the world.
One of our flagship luxury fashion accounts has become a year-round programme - campaigns, product content, shows, seasonal moments - and the client's appetite for ideas outruns what anyone can produce on the side. The account needs a dedicated creative engine. That is this role.
You sit inside a tight account team. A producer / account manager runs the production and the client day to day; you own the ideas and the creative. You work hand in hand, and when a shoot week or a client deadline demands it, you pick up production and account management yourself rather than waiting for someone else to.
What you will own
- Ideas, in volume. The client expects fresh options at every stage, and you have them ready. You generate concepts continuously, develop the strongest into clear, referenced treatments the client can picture and sign off, and keep everything tied to a creative red thread - a programme of formats, not a pile of one-offs. When a format works, you build multiples of it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

-
Social-first craft. You live on TikTok and Instagram and know what is performing and why. You turn that into native ideas - hooks, pacing, sound, talent, creator approaches - that land with a luxury audience without breaking the house's codes. The balance between what is shareable and what is right for the brand is yours to hold.
-
Creative on set and in post. You lead the creative on shoot: direct talent and crew to the agreed reference, flag problems early, propose alternatives in the moment. You brief editors, give consolidated feedback, and check every asset against the reference before it reaches the client.
-
The process, with production. Creative locked ahead of the shoot, feedback handled in structured rounds, scope watched. You run this hand in hand with the producer / account manager - and when needed you step into their seat: client calls, schedules, status, the follow-up email.
-
Shows and events. On-the-ground creative at fashion shows, events and IRL activations: pre-planned formats plus candid, spontaneous capture, delivered at speed.
First 60 days
- Day 14: inside the account - client, team, workflow, references and approvals understood; first concepts in front of the client.
- Day 30: live deliverables shipped on time; the ideas pipeline is running - a bank of concepts the client is choosing from, feedback turned around in a day.
- Day 60: the client's creative lead on the account; the first format produced in multiples; production or account management covered through a shoot week without a gap.

Who this suits
You are a Senior Creative, Art Director or Content Creative with five-plus years in a social-first agency, publisher or in-house team. You have made content that went viral and can show the numbers. You have also produced for high luxury fashion brands and know what their processes involve: references, sign-offs, multiple feedback rounds, immovable deadlines. You generate ideas in volume without losing taste, take client feedback without flinching, and will pick up a call sheet or a client email when the team needs it. Hands-on when it counts - you can self-shoot, rough-cut on a phone and work in Premiere and CapCut. Calm at fashion-week pace, sharp on detail, happiest when the work is live.
Package
- Competitive salary for a London senior creative role, agreed against experience.
- Office-based, London; travel with the cultural calendar (fashion weeks, shoots, events).
- Immediate start - we will move quickly for the right person.
