Senior Creative Content Creator

Location: London Office

Salary: In the region of £45k

Job Type: Full-time

With ambitious growth plans over the next 12 months, we're now looking for a Senior Creative Content Creator to join our team. The Senior Creative Content Creator sets the tone and creative direction for everything Nokwol puts out — and stays hands-on doing it, shooting, filming, and producing content alongside the team rather than just directing from the sidelines. It's a small, close-knit creative team, and this role holds it together: keeping everyone aligned to the same brief, on top of what's trending, and moving at pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the creative tone and direction for Nokwol content across all channels
  • Get hands-on producing content — confident shooting photography and videography on both iPhone and digital camera
  • Keep the team aligned to one creative brief and moving to a timely, well-organised schedule
  • Stay on top of current social media trends and hold a deep, working knowledge of platform algorithms, using both to shape content
  • Work closely with the design team and Bronte to shape Nokwol's overall theme and creative language across the brand and its products
  • Bring fresh creative ideas to the table and champion a strong creative point of view
  • Guide and collaborate with the Junior Content Creator and Junior Graphic Designer day to day
  • Juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once without losing creative quality

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
