Senior Creative Content Manager
4-Month FTC
Reports to: Chief Brand Officer
Contract: 4-Month Fixed Term Contract
Start: Immediate
The Role
We are looking for a highly creative, hands-on Senior Creative Content Manager to join Olivia von Halle on a 4-month FTC. This is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of the brand through exceptional creative. Working closely with the CBO, you will translate the brand’s creative vision into compelling, high-impact content — raising the creative bar, developing ambitious ideas and ensuring every piece of content is both beautiful and effective.
Creative & Content
- Translate the CBO’s creative vision into distinctive, high-quality content across all channels.
- Develop bold, relevant concepts from idea through to execution.
- Bring fresh ideas, inspiration and creative opportunities to the table.
- Ensure every piece of content is engaging, culturally relevant and commercially purposeful.
- Develop briefs and creative treatments, working with photographers, stylists, production teams and freelancers to bring ideas to life.
Creative Quality & Effectiveness
- Raise the taste level, ambition and quality of the brand’s content.
- Maintain exceptionally high creative and visual standards across every touchpoint.
- Understand what every piece of content needs to achieve, using audience insight, KPIs and performance to inform creative decisions.
- Stay deeply connected to culture, trends and the wider creative landscape to keep the brand fresh, relevant and distinctive.
- Challenge and elevate ideas and execution to ensure the strongest possible end result.

Production & Creative Development
- Support the creative process from concept through to delivery, helping coordinate production, timelines and budgets.
- Explore new formats, stories and creative approaches that can take the brand’s content further.
- Identify opportunities to improve how we create and maximise content across the business.
- Bring energy, ambition and a proactive creative mindset to the function.
- Work closely with the CBO and wider marketing team to turn ambitious creative thinking into exceptional output.

What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years experience in a creative content role, within luxury fashion, beauty, lifestyle or a similarly premium brand
- Exceptional taste, with a strong and distinctive creative point of view and proven ability to deliver work to a high luxury standard.
- Strong concept development and idea generation skills - proficiency in taking an idea from concept through to final asset, balancing creative ambition with the practical requirements of each channel.
- Hands-on experience across creative development, shoots and production.
- Hands-on experience creating content and assets across social, digital, CRM and e-commerce, with a strong eye for composition, typography, image treatment and visual detail.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, with the ability to create, adapt and deliver high-quality, production-ready assets independently.
- Experience with video editing and motion design, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of what makes content perform.
- A strong instinct for culture, trends and what makes content relevant.
- Proactive, highly organised and relentlessly focused on producing excellent work. You don’t simply execute a brief. You understand what it needs to achieve, find the strongest idea, elevate the execution and push the work further.
