Senior Creative Content Producer
Based: Central London office, 5 days a week
Reports to: Head of Brand
Works with: Content Creator, Influencer & Gifting Coordinator, freelance photographers and videographers
Salary Scale: £45k–£55k
You will own every Naked Wolfe campaign for Instagram and the website from A to Z: idea, shoot, edit, layout and go-live. We want someone who keeps pushing creative boundaries and never stands still.
Responsibilities
- Develop campaign concepts, moodboards and treatments with the Creative Director and Head of Brand
- Produce all shoots end to end: budgets, crew, models, locations, call sheets, sample logistics and usage rights
- Direct or oversee photography and video on set, making sure every shot list is delivered
- Manage post-production and asset delivery for Instagram, website, email and wholesale partners
- Plan the Instagram grid, stories and reels layout and run the posting and launch calendar
- Own go-live for campaigns on social and web, on time and to spec
- Test new formats, platforms and creative ideas, and report on what performs
- Build and manage a trusted roster of freelance photographers, videographers, stylists and editors
- Produce product imagery for the website and wholesale partners alongside campaigns, so PDPs match campaign quality
- Own the digital asset library and naming conventions
- Manage content budgets and track spend per campaign
- Handle model and talent contracts and image usage rights
- Brief paid social cut-downs so the ads team has assets for every launch

About you
- At least 3 years as a creative or content producer, ideally for a fashion, footwear or beauty brand
- Strong knowledge of photography and videography: kit, lighting, crews and post-production
- A portfolio of campaigns you took from concept to launch
- Highly organized, calm on set and confident handling budgets
- Always experimenting, with a strong point of view on what's next in fashion content
