About Mira

Mira is a San Francisco-based hormonal health company that provides integrative care and hormonal testing to over 300,000 customers. In 2023, we were recognized by Inc. 5000 as America's fastest-growing femtech company.

Mira’s breakthrough innovation was creating the market’s only FDA-compliant at-home hormone monitor with quantitative testing technology. From the beginning, our mission has been to make hormone data accessible and meaningful - so women can understand their bodies and make confident health decisions at every stage of life, from cycle health and family planning to hormonal imbalances and the menopause transition.

We are committed to improving real health outcomes through personalized insights, cutting-edge technology, and science-backed data—turning hormone information into practical guidance for everyday wellbeing.

About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Creative Copywriter who thinks like a strategist and writes like a creative specialist. You'll be our primary architect for email strategy and content - but your role extends into campaign conceptualization, messaging frameworks, and strategic counsel on brand direction.

We are looking for someone who challenges messaging assumptions, spots gaps in positioning, brings fresh frameworks to campaign thinking, and owns the intellectual work of making our communication sharper, more strategic, and ultimately more effective (and on-brand, of course).

We are looking for a copywriter with a conceptual lens for landing pages, campaign messaging, product communications, and brand voice evolution to work alongside the Creative Director.

What We're Looking For

  • A rigorous strategic mind. Move between conceptual thinking and execution seamlessly. You understand messaging architecture, positioning, customer psychology, and how ideas land differently across channels, and you’re not afraid to try new angles and concepts.
  • Intellectual ownership. You come to the table with patterns you've noticed, campaigns that could work, angles worth testing. You're proactive about shaping strategy in all of your owned channels.
  • Email expertise with strategic depth. You understand email as a revenue driver, a testing lab, and a brand touchpoint. You write subject lines that work, flows that convert, and nurture sequences that actually move the needle. You can talk about deliverability, segmentation strategy, and psychology in the same breath.
  • Multi-channel thinking. You write differently for email, landing pages, ads, and product because you understand each channel's purpose, constraints, and audience mindset.
  • Fresh perspective. You bring ideas from outside our industry. You can articulate why something works and adapt the principle to our context.
  • Strong communication skills. You articulate your thinking clearly—whether defending a copy approach, proposing a messaging pivot, or collaborating with stakeholders who think differently than you do.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional copywriting experience, with at least 2+ years in email marketing or direct response.
  • Proven ability to write for multiple channels with strategic intentionality.
  • A portfolio that shows both individual copy excellence and strategic thinking (campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, positioning work, emails, and email strategies).
  • Strong analytical mindset: you can read performance data, extract insights, and iterate strategically.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. You can work with rough briefs and shape them into clarity.
  • A point of view about communication. You can articulate why copy works, not just that it does.

Details

The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.

Responsibilities

  • Own email strategy and execution. Develop and manage email campaigns across the funnel—acquisition, onboarding, retention, re-engagement. Own the strategic roadmap. You are proactive in testing, learning, and refining.
  • Bring strategic thinking to every channel. Create copy for landing pages, ads, in-app messaging, and brand communications that pushes our positioning forward. Each piece should advance a larger strategic idea.
  • Develop campaign frameworks and messaging architecture. When we're launching a campaign or pivoting positioning, you help build the conceptual scaffolding—key messages, messaging hierarchies, strategic angles—that guides all creative execution.
  • Challenge and improve our messaging. Propose alternative angles when you see them. Help us evolve our brand voice and positioning over time. Be a future-thinker.
  • Collaborate strategically. Work with the creative director, design, product, and marketing teams as a thought partner. Your ideas should make their work better; their perspective should sharpen yours and the messaging teams’.
  • Stay strategically sharp; understand the numbers. Track what's working in email, conversion optimization, and brand messaging across industries. Bring fresh thinking and frameworks to the team regularly. Treat data as a signal and translate copy accordingly.
