Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £45,000
We are looking for a talented Senior Creative Designer to join a fast-paced, creative team, delivering high-quality work across marketing, retail, digital, social and wider brand channels.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Mid-Senior/Senior Creative Designer or in a similar role.
- Previous experience within retail, sportswear, fashion or lifestyle brands is essential.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design, campaign, art direction and motion work.
- Excellent typography, composition, layout and colour skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects.
- Strong animation and motion design experience.
- Strong photography and image-editing skills, including product photography experience.
- Good understanding of print production and digital design.
- Experience working within established brands and maintaining visual consistency.
- Experience working across international markets is desirable.
- Knowledge of 3D software and AI creative tools would be beneficial but is not essential.

- Strong understanding of emerging trends and cultural insights across fashion, sport, lifestyle and creativity, with a strong awareness of the wider cultural landscape.
- Creative, confident and commercially aware.
- Strong communicator with the ability to present and articulate creative ideas effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
- Highly organised with excellent time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a wider team.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deliver against tight deadlines.
