The Opportunity
The Senior Creative Designer - Beauty EU is Outform's senior in-market Beauty creative resource for Europe, responsible for leading design development across regional and global accounts while bringing deep knowledge of European retailers, consumers, trends, materials, and execution standards.
This role operates within a dual-alignment model: local administrative and operational support within EMEA, with functional creative direction, standards, and prioritization aligned to the global Beauty organization. The position remains highly hands-on and is expected to establish a strong foundation for future Beauty team growth in Europe.
The Role
- Lead creative execution for European Beauty opportunities and regional adaptations of global programs
- Provide in-market retailer, shopper, material, trend, and competitive insight
- Maintain alignment with global Beauty strategy, standards, and account direction
- Support local client relationships, pitches, and business-development opportunities
- Coordinate effectively across EMEA and North American teams
- Help establish scalable Beauty creative capability in Europe

Key Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in retail, experiential or beauty design
- Strong portfolio of premium retail or beauty environments
- Experience with European retailers, brands, and production realities
- Advanced concept development, visualization, and presentation capability
- Strong client-facing and cross-cultural communication skills
- English fluency required; French or another European language is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant 2D and 3D design tools
Creative Leadership & Design Execution
- Lead strategy translation, ideation, concept development, visualization, and presentation for EU Beauty programs
- Serve as the primary in-market creative partner for regional accounts and retailers
- Adapt global concepts appropriately while protecting brand and design consistency
- Develop innovative, manufacturable solutions aligned to European market conditions
- Participate actively in client meetings, presentations, design reviews, and store visits

Market Insight & Regional Growth
- Track European beauty retail trends, emerging formats, materials, and competitors
- Share live market intelligence with the global Beauty team
- Support identification and development of new regional opportunities
- Build familiarity with key retailers
Global Collaboration & Governance
- Participate in global Beauty prioritization, workload, and creative-review cadences
- Coordinate with North American account leaders on global brand programs
- Maintain shared documentation, standards, and design-process consistency
- Escalate resource, timing, or quality risks early
Cross-Functional Delivery
- Partner with local and global Strategy, Engineering, Production, Agency Services, and Commercial teams
- Support design intent through engineering, prototyping, validation, and implementation
- Develop relationships with regional suppliers and production partners where appropriate
