Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join our Brand and Creative team in London. As an excellent visual designer, you’ll play a key part in helping our in-house agency create impactful, recognisable and effective marketing campaigns and content.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can think big (campaigns, bold ideas) and small (details, finesse) at the same time. We’re looking for an ambitious, passionate, creative self-starter with at least 7 years of experience in a similar in-house team or reputable agency.
Your mission
At Wise, we’re here to make the world’s money work. Over ten years ago we changed how the world moves its money. But that was just the start. Making money do more, for more people, in more places is next.
A key part of that mission is raising awareness about Wise. As part of the Brand, Creative & Strategy team you’ll work with our internal marketing teams to create campaigns across multiple channels.
Here’s how you’ll contribute to the team:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
