Job Title: Senior Creative Designer
Reporting To: Studio Manager
Location: London – hybrid working

The Job in a Nutshell
As a key member of the Studio team, the Senior Creative Designer is responsible for leading the development and delivery of impactful, on-brand creative across digital and print channels. Acting as a guardian of the BB&R brand, this role translates brand strategy into compelling multi-channel creative that drives engagement, supports commercial objectives and elevates the customer experience. Combining strong creative judgement with digital design expertise, the role brings fresh ideas, cultural awareness and a passion for luxury brands, ensuring BB&R remains relevant, distinctive and visually compelling across every touchpoint.
Who You Will Work With
- Internal: Studio Manager, Senior Creative Designer, Photographer/Videographer, Content team, Marketing Managers, Commercial Teams
- External: Printers, Mailing house, External platform providers, External agencies
What You Will Do
- Act as a key guardian of the BB&R brand, ensuring consistency, quality and excellence across all creative outputs.
- Interpret and apply brand guidelines to develop compelling creative solutions across digital, print and experiential channels.
- Lead the design and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across retail, fine wine, spirits, hospitality and membership propositions.
- Create engaging creative assets for social media, website, email, CRM, paid media and digital marketing channels.
- Develop and deliver high-quality print collateral including brochures, event materials, signage, POS, packaging and brand communications.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content and Commercial teams to translate briefs into effective and visually impactful creative.
- Lead creative concept development from initial idea through to final execution.
- Ensure all design work is aligned to campaign objectives, audience needs and commercial goals.
- Support the development of digital-first creative that drives engagement, acquisition and conversion.
- Provide creative direction and oversight on photography, video and multimedia content where appropriate.
- Stay abreast of design, luxury, lifestyle and cultural trends, bringing fresh ideas and inspiration into the business.
- Ensure all creative assets are produced to the highest standard and delivered on time.
- Work closely with external agencies, printers and production partners as required.
- Support the evolution and ongoing development of the BB&R visual identity and creative toolkit.
- Partner with the Studio Manager to identify opportunities to improve creative processes, workflows and output quality.
- Provide guidance and day-to-day support to junior creative colleagues, helping to develop capability and maintain high creative standards.

What You Will Bring to the Role
- Exceptional creative flair with a strong eye for design, typography, layout and visual storytelling.
- Ability to interpret strategic objectives and transform them into compelling creative solutions.
- Strong understanding of how design contributes to brand building, customer engagement and commercial performance.
- Confidence presenting creative ideas and rationale to a range of stakeholders.
- Curiosity, creativity and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Experience / Achievements
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience supported by a strong portfolio.
- Significant experience in a creative design role, either in-house or agency-side.
- Proven experience delivering multi-channel campaigns across both digital and print.
- Experience working with and evolving brand guidelines within an established brand.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign and digital creative work.
- Experience designing for social media, website, email, paid media and other digital channels.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience within luxury, hospitality, retail or premium consumer brands would be advantageous.

Your Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong digital design skills with an understanding of user engagement and channel best practice.
- Experience creating assets for social media, digital marketing and CRM channels.
- Working knowledge of video editing and motion graphics tools would be advantageous.
- Experience using Canva and other digital content creation platforms.
- Understanding of digital performance, audience engagement and creative optimisation.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance creative excellence with commercial objectives.
- Highly collaborative and able to build strong relationships across the business.
- Passion for luxury brands, storytelling, design, culture and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- An interest in and keen to develop wine knowledge (WSET)
