Grenade is an international performance nutrition brand that has grown rapidly since its launch in 2010. Driven by strong branding, distinctive products, and a highly innovative approach, Grenade has made an explosive impact in the FMCG industry!
As a market leader, Grenade sells a range of nutritional products across both B2B and B2C global channels, including its signature protein bars and shakes.
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal for a designer with a passion for creativity and creating fresh ideas and designs. You will need a disruptive mind and a solid understanding of what makes this brand tick.
You will be responsible for producing a range of creative visuals for the brand. You will be an adaptable, hands-on individual who is equally focused on ensuring ideas are creative and that executions are correct, following design and brand standards.
Ideally, you will have significant experience in your creative career, either in-house or within a creative agency where you have had real impact. You will be comfortable creating designs from scratch and forming your ideas in a presentable manner. An understanding of video-based digital media and content capture and production is beneficial. The successful candidate will be a key part of the in-house team, working closely with print and digital designers, along with the global marketing teams.

How You Will Contribute
- Support the Creative Lead with creative thinking.
- Create styling, assets, and concepts which align with the Creative strategy.
- Bring Creative support to every discipline within the team.
- Bolster creative thinking and execution across print, digital, packaging, copywriting, photography, and video media.
- Create assets and visuals to a very high standard, bring an eye for detail and an exceptional level of craft.
- Beautifully create and present creative concepts to the wider team, and externally.
- Work on a variety of global briefs, in line with brand plans and in-market direction.
- Be a creative voice within the team and interdepartmentally, offering expertise and ensuring projects align to the creative vision.
- Accountable for your own workflow and schedule.
- Delivery of a variety of tasks to deadlines. Collaborating with marketing team members for further clarity and alignment in the process.
- Work with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the most impactful outcome for each project.
- Bring a problem-solving mentality, always striving to improve and enhance in all areas of the role.

What You Will Bring
- Experience in a professional design environment (in-house or agency)
- An experienced eye for design, layout, typography, and messaging
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
- Further experience in concepting and/or 3D software
- Additional experience in any of the following is desirable:
- Video Creative Direction: Scripting, Storyboarding
- Copywriting
- Passion for design, marketing, and all things creative
- Affinity for creative thinking and ability to expertly collaborate with the wider team on full-scale projects
- Flexibility and excellence under deadlines and requests
- Excellent attitude and desire to further learning and progression

Person Specification
- Creative, confident individual who knows when to push the boundaries of design and has a deep understanding of brand building and retention
- Ability to work independently and also inspire and collaborate with the team
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- The ability to solve problems, make decisions, and offer solutions
- A creative mind with a passion to bring new ideas to life, and the ability to take them all the way through from ideation to production
- Hands-on approach with the ability to keep pace with the business growth
