We are Creditspring

A new way of borrowing that focuses on its members and provides them with safe and efficient short-term financial products.

We're a fast-growing FCA-regulated consumer credit company. We have members, not customers and we take a lot of pride in that!

As one of the UK’s only subscription finance company in the market, we truly have a unique value proposition. Our mission is very clear; to improve the financial stability and resilience of our members. We do this through the products we provide, the partnerships we have, and our educational content. We want our members, and everyone in the UK to be able to better manage their finances and steer them away from high-cost, unregulated credit options.

About the role

At Creditspring, creative isn't just about making things look good. It's one of our biggest growth levers. We're looking for a Senior Designer who understands how to create work that drives acquisition, learning and commercial impact.

You'll make the paid social ads that bring in new members, across Meta, TikTok and YouTube: statics, video, carousels, UGC and creator content. You'll ship a lot, test properly, and let the results decide what you make next.

You'll work day to day with Growth, who own spend and targeting, and with Compliance, who sign off everything we publish. Getting persuasive work through FCA review is a real skill, and we are looking for someone who's excited to master this.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Responsibilities

  • Regular concept creation and iteration; understand the results, share what you learned, and use it for the next round
  • Plan tests with Growth that change one thing at a time: hook, message, visual, offer or CTA
  • Make TikTok work that feels native, not resized Meta ads (creators, trends, sound on, Spark Ads)
  • Build templates and modular systems so we can make high quality variants, quickly
  • Use AI tools where they speed things up, and know where they don't
  • Challenge weak briefs and influence stakeholders using evidence rather than opinion

What can you expect from your first 6 months?

By six months, you'll have taken ownership of the paid social testing roadmap across Meta and TikTok, built a template library the team is actually using to ship variants faster, and found a working rhythm with Compliance that gets persuasive creative through review without slowing the pipeline down.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years’ experience creating high-performing paid social and YouTube creative across a variety of formats.
  • Strong understanding of direct response marketing, creative testing, and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated industry where compliance is part of the creative process is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating measurable commercial impact, not just visual quality.
  • Experience using AI tools and scalable creative systems to accelerate production.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
