Senior Creative Director

London W1

Bray Leino is a full-service brand growth Agency established in North Devon in 1973. Today, our people work across London, Bristol and beyond, helping some of the UK's best-known brands grow through bold thinking and brilliant creative.

We're looking for an exceptional creative to take the reins of one of our biggest and most exciting retail partnerships.

This is more than leading great creative. It's about shaping a client's future, inspiring a talented multidisciplinary team and proving every day that outstanding creativity can drive real commercial impact.

Whether your background is in Copy or Art Direction, if you're ready to take the next step into a role where your ideas, leadership and relationships will genuinely make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

This is a rare opportunity to become the Senior Creative Director on one of Bray Leino's flagship retail accounts.

You'll be the creative voice our client trusts, building a genuine partnership that allows you to challenge thinking, unlock opportunities and consistently raise the bar. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, you'll become their strategic creative advisor, understanding their ambitions as deeply as you understand the craft itself.

Internally, you'll inspire and lead a talented team across every discipline, creating an environment where brilliant ideas flourish and great people do their best work.

From national campaigns and brand communications to digital experiences, social, in-store, content and everything in between, you'll oversee creative output across the entire customer journey, ensuring every piece of work feels connected, distinctive and commercially effective.

Working alongside Strategy, Client Services and Production, you'll help shape creative thinking from the very beginning, balancing ambitious ideas with exceptional delivery.

If you thrive on collaboration, love building trusted client relationships and are passionate about producing work that people notice and businesses value, you'll fit right in.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
