Overview
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Creative Events Producer to lead the production of live experiences across the KK Group.
As a Senior Producer, you’ll own the end-to-end production process across complex experiential projects. That includes creative pitches, venue sourcing, critical paths, supplier negotiation, production schedules, event books, client documents, onsite delivery, and budget management.
You’ll be trusted to balance creative ambition with commercial clarity, protecting quality, timelines, and margins while keeping clients and teams confidently informed. There is also scope to support junior team members, shape strong production processes, and contribute original thinking to culturally resonant experiences.
We are looking for someone who thinks creatively, produces commercially, and understands how to create world-class live events that our members will never forget.
From events with our luxury cruises and member socials to flagship parties, retreats, and future hospitality ventures, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts that strengthen the KK brand while ensuring every production is commercially successful, operationally achievable, and capable of evolving over time.
You will create experiences that connect people, while developing the systems, documentation, and production processes that allow those experiences to be repeated, improved, and scaled across multiple destinations.
This role requires someone who is highly creative, commercially driven, and passionate about luxury events.
You should be equally comfortable brainstorming a new immersive production, sourcing exceptional talent, managing freelance creative teams, and building the production processes that support long-term growth.
As KK expands internationally through cruises, retreats, hotels, and new experiences, this role will become central to shaping how our live world evolves.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
