Job Overview
We’re on the hunt for an experienced and inspiring Senior Creative, a creative problem solver who is experienced in (and obsessed with) helping brands connect to consumers through influencers and creators.
They’ll be a key senior member of the team, responsible for developing ideas for creative briefs, working alongside and inspiring other team members and mentoring junior members of the team too.
We need someone who’s self-motivated & proactive. Someone who has been consistently providing original solutions to problems they’ve been given, and to problems they’ve proactively uncovered too.
This person will understand what consumers see as great content, which creators are currently making it, what it takes to develop it, and how brands can play a part in it.
They’ll understand how to develop ideas that are designed to get the best out of creators - giving enough direction to inspire, but leaving enough space for them to add their authentic creative spark too.
We’re looking for someone who is unsettled, in that they are in constant pursuit of better. They believe what has been done before is not ‘Best Practice’ but ‘Best so far’.
We want to see an obsession with creators, social media and the value they can offer to brands, but we’d also love to see an understanding of what ‘good’ looks like in other brand marketing channels too.
Responsibilities
Creative Thinking and Making
- You’ll be expected to develop original ideas for BDBs largest and most complex creative briefs across a variety of marketing channels, all powered by influencers and creators.
- You’ll be confident in crafting initial ideas into well finessed and considered executions.
- You’ll develop talkable creative ideas for content, gifting, events, and more established forms of marketing and advertising too.
- You’ll work simultaneously across a variety of brands, talking to a variety of audiences, in a variety of markets.
- You’ll be confident working in the role of a creative through every stage of the creative process with autonomy; from initial briefing to production and final delivery. You’ll be confident guiding junior creatives through this process too.
- You’ll structure, design and present your own presentations (usually in Google Slides) composed of a compelling narrative, great content examples/ references, and impactful slide design.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
