Senior Creative Lead
We're looking for a highly hands-on Senior Creative Lead to join a talented creative team delivering branded content, social, digital and brand campaigns.
This is a design-led role for someone who loves being close to the work. You'll develop concepts, design and execute creative yourself, while also providing direction and feedback across wider disciplines including CGI, motion, animation and digital production.
This is a London based hybrid role.
You'll work closely with content strategists, copywriters and creative teams to take a wider strategy or brief and turn it into compelling, channel-appropriate creative.
You could be:
- Developing a social or digital campaign with a content strategist and copywriter, translating the wider strategy into a creative visual approach.
- Developing a concept and creative direction for a seasonal brand campaign and taking it through to execution.
- Working across multiple formats and channels, from social and digital through to broader brand and content activity.
- Providing creative and art direction while remaining hands-on with the design and execution.
- Reviewing and giving feedback on CGI, motion, animation and DOOH work, working alongside specialists to ensure the overall creative vision is strong.
- Helping shape briefs, challenge thinking and find creative solutions that deliver against client objectives.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain a consistently high standard of creative output.

We're looking for someone with solid experience in a creative design, digital, agency, branded content or production environment, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and excellent visual craft.
You'll bring:
- Strong, hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- A design-led portfolio showing concept development through to finished execution.
- Experience creating work for social, digital and branded content.
- The ability to translate strategy and briefs into compelling creative ideas.
- Strong visual judgement and an excellent eye for detail.
- Experience working alongside copywriters, strategists and other creative disciplines.
- Some art direction experience would be advantageous.
- The confidence to provide feedback and creative oversight across CGI, motion, animation and DOOH. You don't need to be a specialist in these areas, but you should understand the disciplines and be able to challenge and guide the work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas and give constructive feedback.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work at pace and manage deadlines.
- A genuine passion for creative work, innovation and emerging tools and technologies.
- Experience using AI within creative concepting or production would be a bonus.
