SENIOR CREATIVE LEAD – GLOBAL CONSUMER BRAND
A newly created Senior Creative Lead opportunity with a fast-growing consumer brand entering an exciting new phase of growth and brand evolution. This is a chance to join a lean in-house creative team at a pivotal point, helping shift the business towards a more ambitious, digital-first and emotionally engaging creative approach.
You'll lead and develop the creative team while remaining hands-on yourself, shaping concepts, art directing, raising creative standards and ensuring the brand shows up consistently across digital, ecommerce, retail, campaigns and physical experiences.
As a rough guide:
- 30% - Creative quality, craft and art direction
- 25% - Creative leadership and team development
- 25% - Operations, studio leadership, stakeholder influence and collaboration
- 20% - Omnichannel thinking and brand/creative judgement
What they need
- Someone who is a strong creative practitioner first and foremost, with the ability to develop concepts, shape ideas and personally deliver high-quality creative rather than simply reviewing or delegating work. You'll need strong visual judgement, craft and the confidence to challenge briefs and push creative further
- A designer with a genuinely digital-first mindset, with proven experience creating consumer-facing work across ecommerce, websites, CRM, social and other digital channels. Experience within a DTC or digitally-led consumer business is particularly relevant, with the majority of the business's customer interaction taking place online
- Someone who has already stepped into creative leadership, with experience managing, mentoring or developing other creatives. You don't need to have led a huge team, but you do need to know how to build confidence, give constructive feedback and help designers become stronger conceptual thinkers
- A creative thought leader who naturally thinks beyond individual deliverables, with experience developing integrated or 360° campaigns and ensuring creative ideas translate coherently across digital, social, ecommerce, retail, packaging, POS, events and other physical touchpoints
- A creative who knows how to push within boundaries, ideally having worked in a regulated or highly controlled environment where there are clear rules around claims, messaging or compliance. You'll need to find the creative opportunity within those guardrails rather than defaulting to the safest possible solution

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
