Job Introduction

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Creative Producer to lead the planning, production and delivery of creative photography and video assets across campaign, digital editorial and print briefs.

Working within the Photostudio and in close collaboration with Creative Vision - Image & Art Direction, Creative and Campaign Project Managers, Brand Content as well as Buying and Marketing teams, this role plays a significant part to bring our creative vision to life. This is an end-to-end production role for someone who combines strong creative judgement with excellent organisational, production and commercial skills.

You will own projects and ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard. You will use your production expertise and creative judgement during every stage of production, challenging where appropriate and balancing creative ambition with budget, timelines and available resources.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering both stills and motion productions, ideally within luxury fashion. You will be confident negotiating fees and usage, managing varied production budgets, briefing agents and artists, and post-production processes. You will be solution-focused, self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of complex projects and working with stakeholders from the wider business.

This role is a 12 month contract, 5 days on-site.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
