Major Players are partnering with a globally renowned, high growth DTC fitness brand to hire a Senior Creative Producer on a 10 month fixed term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class production team that delivers creative content at scale, bringing both the products and brand to life. As Senior Producer, you will be responsible for elevating content, nurturing trusted industry relationships, and ensuring seamless delivery across brand and product campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of multiple projects across stills, video, social, digital, and in-store assets - managing the full project lifecycle from brief to final asset delivery.
- Produce and oversee global shoots, in studio and on location, managing large crews and external agencies.
- Own project timelines ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are consistently met, using project management software and AI tools to stay on track.
- Champion best practice in production processes, refining workflows and integrating new tools to improve efficiency and output in collaboration with Studio Ops.
- Mentor and support Junior and Mid-Weight Producers, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
- Update asset usage across DAM platforms in collaboration with Creative Library Executive.

Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of integrated production experience (integrated/social agency or in-house), with a strong track record of managing large-scale campaigns & budgets.
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, balancing detail with big-picture oversight.
- Strong financial acumen with extensive experience managing complex budgets.
- A strong network of trusted vendors, from photographers and directors to model agencies and technical crew.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring and developing team members, creating an environment of collaboration and growth.
- Strong understanding of all production paperwork and compliance, from call sheets and schedules to usage agreements and risk assessments.
- Adept at using project management tools and workflows.

Salary
- £55,000-65,000 depending on experience
Contract length
- 10 months
Office Location & requirements
- 2 days in Central London office and 1 day in West Midlands office (travel not included)
