Senior Creative Producer - Live Events

Oval, London | £40,000-£45,000 + Benefits | Fully Office-Based

Big ideas. Live audiences. International events.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Creative Producer to take ambitious event concepts from the first spark of an idea through to live delivery.

Joining a fast-growing international events business, you'll help shape a portfolio of high-energy event brands operating across the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, the USA and Canada.

With 35+ events taking place every week, this is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on pace, variety and seeing ideas become reality.

You'll work across theming, décor, props, scenic elements, installations, staging and immersive audience experiences - combining strong creative instincts with the production know-how to make it happen.

The Role

Working closely with the Head of Event Creative & Talent, you'll own creative projects from concept through to production, rollout and on-site execution.

One day you might be developing the visual world for a new event concept; the next, briefing fabricators, sourcing props, reviewing a venue or refining an existing experience.

You'll have the freedom to bring ideas to the table - and the practical judgement to turn them into something deliverable, scalable and brilliant.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
