Senior Creative Producer

Gainsbury&Whiting is a renowned London-based creative agency working internationally across Fashion, retail, technology, art, culture, and experience. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Creative Producer to join our team. Someone who combines production experience with strong creative instincts. We are particularly interested in people who don’t see a dividing line between creative thinking and production.

The position is to act as the creative producer between the agency, client, and creative teams. From initial brief, through to design, production, and final delivery. Ensuring that creative ideas are translated into real-world experience.

Projects will span fashion, retail, brand experience, technology, exhibition design, and cultural events.

Applicants will need a minimum of five years' relative experience within a creative agency, production company, design studio, or similar environment.

A strong production background is essential with experience delivering projects across multiple mediums, coordinating multiple creative and production partners, managing project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and production workflows, taking responsibility for projects from concept through to completion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
