About Happy Yolk

Happy Yolk is a social-first creative agency. We help ambitious brands earn attention through social media by creating strategies, campaigns and content that people genuinely want to engage with. Everything we do starts with strategy. From long-term social thinking and creator partnerships to beautifully crafted campaigns and premium content production, we help brands show up in ways that feel culturally relevant, creatively distinctive and commercially effective. As our clients continue to invest in bigger, more ambitious creative campaigns, we're looking for someone to lead the production function that brings those ideas to life.

The Opportunity

We're looking for someone who combines exceptional creative instinct with world-class production expertise. Someone with incredible taste. Someone who instinctively knows what elevates an idea from good to unforgettable, who loves discovering brilliant creative talent and who gets genuine satisfaction from making beautiful work happen. You'll own creative production across the agency, leading campaigns from the very first conversation through to final delivery. Working alongside our Strategy, Creative and Client Services teams, you'll ensure every campaign is beautifully executed, creatively distinctive and designed for social-first audiences. This is about producing shoots as much as it is about defining the creative production standards at Happy Yolk, building an exceptional production team and helping establish us as one of the UK's most exciting social-first creative agencies.

What You'll Do

Creative Leadership

You'll help shape the creative direction of every production we create. Working closely with Strategy and Creative, you'll translate social media strategies into ambitious campaigns that people genuinely want to engage with. You'll:

  • Lead integrated campaigns from creative concept through to final delivery.
  • Develop original production approaches that elevate creative ideas.
  • Build creative territories, visual references, treatments and mood boards.
  • Ensure every campaign delivers against one cohesive creative vision.
  • Champion exceptional craft across every production.
  • Constantly bring fresh thinking, cultural insight and new ways for brands to tell their stories.
  • Raise the creative standard across the agency. We're looking for someone who doesn't just execute ideas - but makes them better.

Client Partnership

You'll become a trusted creative partner to our clients. Working closely with founders, marketing teams and brand leaders, you'll help shape campaigns from the earliest conversations through to final delivery. You'll:

  • Build long-term relationships based on trust, creativity and exceptional delivery.
  • Lead creative production meetings, workshops and campaign planning sessions.
  • Present creative concepts, production approaches and visual direction with confidence.
  • Translate client objectives and social strategies into beautifully executed campaigns.
  • Challenge briefs constructively and identify creative opportunities clients may not have considered.
  • Guide clients through the production process with confidence, clarity and calm leadership. The best creative producers don't simply manage productions—they become trusted creative advisors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
