Job Title: Senior Creative Producer

Location: Welwyn Garden City (60% time in office required)

Client: Tesco

Reports to: Creative Operations Lead

Role overview

The Senior Producer supports Tesco Creative Studio by leading campaign delivery, managing client relationships, and ensuring high‑quality production across all channels. You’ll act as a subject‑matter expert for Tesco campaigns, guiding projects from brief to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Leadership

  • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of Tesco campaigns across the UK & ROI.
  • Lead pre‑production discussions and advise on post‑production needs.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns spanning broadcast, social, digital, offline, and emerging channels.

Project & Production Management

  • Brief internal teams (editors, VO, transcreation, business affairs).
  • Manage VO bookings, usage rights, and broadcast requirements.
  • Ensure all outputs meet Tesco brand standards and pass QC before release.
  • Manage campaign production budgets, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and within agreed financial parameters.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Build strong day‑to‑day relationships with Tesco stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with the Account Manager and offshore delivery teams to coordinate workflows, align priorities, and ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Act as the client’s go‑to expert for production queries and best practice.
  • Manage expectations around timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Team Leadership

  • Provide leadership on complex or high-profile campaigns.
  • Identify & act on opportunities to improve processes, technology, and ways of working.

  • Keep internal systems updated with specs, status, and costs.
  • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns within a fast-paced retail environment, balancing quality, speed, and commercial priorities.
  • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, escalating issues and implementing mitigation plans where required.

Skills & experience

  • 5+ years in a post‑production or creative production environment.
  • Strong communicator with excellent client‑facing skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail‑driven.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and handle pressure calmly.
