Purpose of the Role

As a Senior Creative Project Manager, you will be responsible for the hands-on management and delivery of integrated creative projects and campaigns within a client on-site studio environment.

Working closely with clients, Creative Leads and internal stakeholders, you will own projects from brief through to final delivery, developing scopes of work, cost estimates, timelines, budgets and resource plans while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

This is a highly delivery-focused role, requiring someone who enjoys being actively involved in the day-to-day management of campaigns across print, digital, web, film and editing. Alongside project delivery, you will support the development of junior Project Managers and contribute to driving best practice across the team.

Reporting into the Creative Operations Director, you will act as a key link between clients, creative teams and stakeholders, helping to build strong client relationships, drive operational excellence and deliver outstanding creative work.

Overall Aim of the Role

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of integrated creative campaigns across print, digital, web, film and editing
  • Translate client briefs into clearly defined scopes of work, project plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements
  • Develop accurate cost estimates and proposals, ensuring projects are commercially viable and delivered efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner and key point of contact throughout project delivery
  • Lead project status meetings and delivery conversations, providing updates on progress, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies
  • Work collaboratively with Creative, Production and Account teams to ensure client objectives are met and exceeded
  • Balance client expectations with project realities, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions
  • Support and mentor junior Project Managers, sharing knowledge and helping to develop project management capabilities within the team
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery, team effectiveness and client satisfaction
  • Become a valued member of the Studio and Management Team, helping drive quality, creativity and business growth

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously from briefing through to final delivery
  • Analyse and interpret client briefs, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets and resource requirements
  • Create and manage project plans, ensuring all milestones, dependencies and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate activity across multidisciplinary teams, including print, digital, web, film and editing projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed quality standards
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules and status reporting throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage project changes effectively, communicating impacts to timelines, budgets and resources where required
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and delivery challenges

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
