Boutique Experiential Agency | Woking, Surrey | Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

Salary: Up to £65,000
Reports to: Head of Creative

The Opportunity

A fantastic chance for a Senior Creative to join a fast-growing, creatively led experiential agency, taking full ownership of one of the business's most important accounts, a major global drinks brand.

This is a newly created role. The account currently sits with senior leadership and freelance support, and the agency is looking for someone brilliant to come in and own it end to end, freeing up the leadership team to focus on growth. You'll be the lead creative on a huge, varied programme of sponsorship and hospitality activations across major international sporting events, plus a stream of smaller spin-off projects throughout the year.

You'll join a dedicated account team of around 15, working alongside a second creative, account managers, and production, and you'll have real client-facing responsibility from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning the full creative process end to end: taking briefs, developing concepts, producing scamps, and building out design intent packs (sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, material schedules)
  • Leading on a major programme of sponsorship and hospitality activations, including several headline events a year plus a busy calendar of smaller and spin-off projects
  • Getting under the skin of the client's brand, sponsorship strategy, and guest experience, and translating that into standout design
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with the client and leading creative presentations directly
  • Supporting new business pitches for around a quarter of your time, with a particular focus on exhibitions, tech, iGaming, and esports
  • Working closely with account and production teams, contributing ideas and energy across the wider studio, not just your own projects

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • A hands-on creative who wants to be doing the work, not just directing it from a distance
  • Proactive and collaborative, someone who brings energy and ideas into the studio and genuinely enjoys being part of a close-knit team
