I am working with a leading global B2B events & experiential agency that’s looking to build their team with a talented Senior Creative 3D Designer - spacial/events/expos/theatre/retail.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing studio that creates immersive corporate brand event experiences, from custom exhibitions, booths and event environments to large-scale live activations.
We’re looking for detail-focused creative designers with strong spatial awareness and a passion for bringing ideas to life — people who can balance creativity, functionality, and precision to deliver stand-out brand experiences.

£50k - £60k basic
The Role
- Translate initial ideas into complete, highly detailed 3D spatial designs and atmospheric visuals.
- Create the show-stopping installations, interactive sculptures, and architectural gestures that define each space.
- Guide the creative spatial storytelling across multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strict consistency and meeting deadlines.
- Work closely with internal creative teams, external suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure the design integrity remains intact through to completion.
- Travel occasionally within the United Kingdom and internationally to oversee the physical delivery and installation of your designs.

The Person
- Ideally at least 4-5 years’ experience in creative or technical design for Exhibitions, Events, Retail, set design clients (ideally having worked on temporary structures).
- Knowledge of SketchUp to view and interpret models.
- Experience within the events, exhibitions, architecture, theatre industries.
- A problem solver who is not afraid to challenge our partners and contractors to look beyond what is practical and easy to produce.
- Detail oriented.
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable within a fast-paced company environment.
