About MTRX

We're a fast-growing performance creative agency working with high-growth E-Commerce brands across beauty, wellness, tech, fashion, and lifestyle.

Our mission? Create ads that actually sell, not just look pretty.

We work with brands spending $1 Million per month on Meta and help them scale with creative that’s deeply grounded in strategy, customer psychology, and iteration speed.

The Role: Senior Creative Strategist

We're looking for an experienced performance-first creative strategist who’s done this before - and done it at scale. (GMT/EST Time Zone)

This isn’t a junior role. You’ll be the creative lead across 5 brands, responsible for ideation, research, scripting, strategy, and collaborating closely with our editors and talent team.

You need to think in angles, objections, emotional triggers, and customer awareness levels. You’re just as fluent in looking at Facebook data as you are in storytelling. You don't wait for direction - you bring the direction.

How to Apply

  • Reply with "Yellow"
  • Your portfolio or examples of ads you written that performed with data of how they've performed
  • A Loom (optional but encouraged): Walk us through a winning ad and why it worked

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
