Besque is a premium British botanical body care brand scaling fast across the UK and US. Botanical-led products with a devoted customer base, and a growth engine built on paid social.

What you'll be doing:
- Owning end-to-end creative strategy across Meta and TikTok, from analysing performance data and forming hypotheses, to directing AI-generated assets into market
- Leading AI image and video production: shaping concepts, writing briefs, directing output, and quality-controlling every asset
- Analysing data to uncover valuable insights, then actioning
- Building and running a systematic creative testing engine, clear hypotheses, disciplined iteration, learnings that compound
- Deconstructing competitor creative to spot what's working in the market and where the gaps are
- Mentoring junior strategists, sharpening their briefs, developing their instincts, making them better
- Rolling up your sleeves when it matters: writing hooks, briefing edits, cutting variants. Senior in judgement, never above the tools

What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in creative strategy for paid social at meaningful spend, you've shipped creative that performed and can talk specifics
- Equal parts analytical and creative, you read the data, form the hypothesis, then actually come up with the idea that tests it
- Genuine command of AI image and video tools, not as a gimmick but as the core of how you work β and strong opinions on where the space is going
- A systems builder, you think in processes and pipelines, not one-off assets
- DTC / e-commerce background necessary, beauty or personal care a bonus
