Company Overview

Campfire is an award-winning Social first digital agency, founded on values of Honesty & Integrity, Exceeding Expectations and First Principle Thinking. Holding some of the world’s leading brands on our client roster, we pride ourselves on innovating and creating performance driving firsts for our clients.

We believe in meritocracy. If you want to work for an agency who will invest in you and your career, Campfire is the right place for those willing to step up and deliver as part of the team and for our clients. With quarterly PDPs rather than annual, your career can move as quickly as you do.

Position Overview

Are you deeply immersed in internet culture, with a sharp instinct for the insight that turns a good brief into a genuinely bold idea? We're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join our Creative Strategy team.

You'll be a driving force behind our creative work across some of the world's biggest beauty and FMCG brands. You'll take cultural insight and turn it into ideas that earn their place in conversation, then build the strategic thinking, and the measurement plan, that proves it worked. You'll be the person clients and creative teams turn to when they need a strategic point of view they can trust, and a challenger when a brief is playing it too safe.

What are the key responsibilities for the role?

  • Develop and lead creative strategies rooted in cultural and data insight for a portfolio of high-profile beauty and FMCG brands
  • With the support of Leads, act as the strategic authority on your accounts, guiding clients and creative teams on how strategy, culture and platform come together
  • Carry accountability for the strength of an idea across the accounts you own, holding the thread from the original insight through to the finished strategy
  • Write creative concepts and strategies that inspire genuinely ambitious creative work
  • Act as the team's challenger when a brief plays it safe, and know when an idea is strong enough to take to a client
  • Set campaigns up for success from the outset, with clear objectives and a measurement framework, proactively managing client and internal expectations around what success looks like
  • Feed into and support the structuring of new business pitches, presenting confidently on the sections you own
  • Lead industry and market trend analysis that feeds directly into forward-looking client strategy, and identify opportunities to streamline how the team works through new tools or ways of working
  • Be a genuine connector across departments, known for lifting the people around you and building enthusiasm for an idea beyond your immediate team
  • Mentor the wider Creative Strategy team giving clear, constructive feedback and helping shape their development
  • Keep the agency ahead of platform, format and cultural shifts, bringing fresh thinking back to the team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
