Overview
At Launch With Us, we manage £25M+ in annual paid media across Meta, Google & TikTok for brands including Lucky Saint, Fem Fuelz, Butter & Crust, Four Five and Pets Pureset, taking them from £2-3M in revenue through £8M, £9M, £10M and beyond.
Creative and media sit on one team at Launch With Us, not two agencies bolted together and coordinated after the fact. Performance Media, Performance Creative, Paid Search and Growth Strategy all report into the same room, which is why we're ranked the UK's number one Independent Meta Agency Group by Meta, and part of the wider Soar Group.
As part of one of the UK’s leading independent agency groups, we operate with speed, autonomy, and a high level of ownership. There’s no red tape- just fast decision-making and the ability to move quickly. We’re also deeply AI-forward in how we think and operate, constantly evolving how we drive performance and efficiency for our brands.
Our team has quickly grown to 20+ operators after 120% YoY growth for the past 2 years. We offer remote-first working with access to our London office based in Camden, where all agencies in the group live! Culture, training, and professional development are at the heart of who we are, offering you structured training and clear progression into higher seats across the agency.
The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional Senior Creative Strategist who can lead creative strategy across a portfolio of high-growth brands, turning performance data, consumer insight, and commercial objectives into scalable creative systems that drive measurable growth.
This is a leadership role requiring both strategic excellence and commercial acumen. You'll act as the senior strategic lead for clients, influencing creative direction, partnering closely with founders, account leads, media buyers, editors, and designers to unlock performance at scale.
You'll be responsible not only for developing winning creative concepts, but also have a hand in building the frameworks, processes, and testing systems that enable brands to scale sustainably.
If you've been looking for an opportunity to own strategic outcomes, influence client growth at the highest level, and help shape the future of performance creative, this is that opportunity.
The Brands Behind this Role
You will be trusted with a small number of high-growth eCommerce brands, not a long list managed at arm's length. For confidentiality, specific accounts are not named ahead of interview, but the following reflect the calibre and scale you will be operating at, drawn from our own case study portfolio:
- A premium, couture-finish womenswear brand. Founder-led, product-first, built on a loyal existing customer base: the challenge was finding new customers profitably after a disappointing quarter, without diluting the premium positioning. Recent portfolio outcomes at this level: 69% net profit increase, 9x blended ROAS, spend scaled 148%.
- A challenger eCommerce brand built from an established Amazon marketplace base. Proven product, proven logistics, no owned acquisition channel yet: the mandate was building a full DTC paid media engine from a standing start, against a 100% year-on-year growth target. Recent portfolio outcomes at this level: 135% revenue increase, 97% new customer revenue increase, 79% more new customer orders.
- A seasonal, subscription-building home and lifestyle brand. Strong peak-trading performance, a new subscription product still finding its footing: the challenge was maximising Q4 without the business resetting every January. Recent portfolio outcomes at this level: 82% year-on-year growth, 101% increase in new customers, 130% increase in subscription revenue.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is the standard of outcome expected in this seat, and the standard you will be expected to own and repeat.
Your Impact
- Set the creative testing agenda for every account in your portfolio: what gets tested, in what order, and why it is the highest-leverage bet available right now.
- Account performance data feeds directly into the next brief, so ideation starts from evidence, not from what worked last time out of habit.
- Own the pipeline from concept to production, across UGC, creator content, and high-production formats, so volume is never the reason a good angle goes untested.
- Build the frameworks that let creative scale without a drop in quality: briefing structures, testing cadences, and the systems that make a good result repeatable rather than a one-off.
- Carry creative's share of account performance as your own number: win rate, testing velocity, and the line from a concept to what it did for the account.
- Raise the standard for every strategist, editor, and designer working from your briefs, so quality moves up across the agency, not just in your own output.
Strategic Leadership
- Own creative strategy across a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the senior strategic lead and trusted advisor.
- Define and lead creative testing frameworks, experimentation roadmaps, and strategic priorities aligned to client growth objectives.
- Conduct quarterly strategic planning sessions and creative reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Translate performance data, customer insights, and market intelligence into actionable creative strategies.
- Identify opportunities to unlock growth through new creative angles, messaging strategies, offers, and positioning.
Creative Development & Performance
- Lead the development of performance-driven creative strategies across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Analyse creative performance data and transform insights into clear recommendations, testing plans, and optimisation opportunities.
- Oversee the ideation, scripting, briefing, and development of UGC, creator content, high-production campaigns, motion, and design assets.
- Develop scalable creative frameworks that improve efficiency while maintaining creative quality and performance.
- Ensure all creative output is strategically aligned, performance-led, and reflective of client objectives.
Client & Commercial Leadership
- Build trusted relationships with founders, senior stakeholders, and client leadership teams.
- Present strategic recommendations, creative insights, and performance analysis with confidence and authority.
- Partner closely with account leads to improve client retention, growth, and overall account performance.
- Proactively identify commercial opportunities that create additional value for clients and support agency growth.
- Maintain proactive communication, surfacing opportunities and risks early while guiding clients towards the highest-impact actions.
