About the Role
We are hiring an elite, results-obsessed Creative Strategist to own end-to-end creative strategy for fast-scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) skincare and cosmetics brands. This is not a role for someone who has "seen some success"; we are looking for a top-of-the-game operator who lives and breathes performance creative, knows exactly what makes an ad win, and can prove it with results.
You will lead a team of editors, drive the full creative process from concept to execution, and be directly accountable for the performance of the creative you ship.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end creative strategy across multiple ad formats (talking-head/"yapper" ads, UGC, AI-generated, animated, cartoon, and emerging formats).
- Script and conceptualize creative for different formats, and adapt winning hooks and scripts across formats to maximize output.
- Lead and direct a team of editors to a "picture-perfect" standard, with relentless follow-up until the output is exactly right.
- Study competitors and top brands across niches (including outside skincare/health) and translate winning concepts into our client's market.
- Find winning avatars, angles, and positioning; write aggressive, high-converting direct-response copy.
- Ensure full funnel congruency between ads and landing pages.
- Read and act on ad account metrics and KPIs: identify winners and losers, iterate quickly, and double down on what's working.
- Work fast, test aggressively, and continuously improve based on data.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
