The Company

We are a founder led and owned British heritage leather goods and accessories brand. Born 45 years ago we have been designers, manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers, and like our products, we hope we get better with age! Our creative and operational home is based in our converted stables in beautiful Hertfordshire parkland with our new Distribution Centre just 10 minutes away in Hemel Hempstead. Needless to say, we don’t stand still - watch this space or better still join us and make your mark.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, we're looking for a talented, hands-on Senior Creative to lead our small in-house design studio and help shape how OSPREY LONDON shows up visually. This is a broad creative role in a fast-moving, founder-led business. You'll develop and deliver creative across every touchpoint, from campaigns, digital and social to retail, packaging and wholesale, balancing strong creative thinking with quality execution at pace. You'll also line manage our Junior Creative and work closely with teams across the business to turn ideas and briefs into distinctive, commercially effective creative.

Where

Based at our Head Office in Great Gaddesden and our Distribution Centre in Hemel Hempstead

Hours

Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Your Story So Far

You'll have 5+ years' experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, accessories, luxury, beauty or another creatively led consumer brand. Your portfolio demonstrates a strong visual point of view and real breadth across digital and print. You're someone who can take a brief and elevate it — bringing ideas, challenging where appropriate and finding creative ways to make the work better. You'll naturally be interested in fashion, brands, photography, styling and culture, with a strong instinct for what feels current, premium and relevant. Most importantly, you'll enjoy being hands-on, working at pace and turning great ideas into great finished work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
