About Formula E:
Formula E, the world's fastest-growing sport, is redefining motorsport with a bold focus on innovation and sustainability.
Hosting over 150 races in iconic cities globally and backed by top manufacturers like Porsche, Nissan, and Jaguar, we feature elite drivers and cutting-edge EV technology.
As the world's first certified B Corp sport and the first sport certified to the British Standards Institution (BSI) Net Zero Pathway, Formula E combines thrilling entertainment with a mission to advance sustainable progress, inspiring a global fanbase with our high-performance brand new GEN4 car capable of hitting speeds of 335kph and reaching 200kph in just 4.4 seconds. Currently achieving 0-100 kmh in 1.8 seconds.
Using the spectacle of sport, we are sending a powerful and meaningful message to help alter perceptions and speed-up the switch to electric mobility.
The Role:
Formula E is more than a racing series; it’s a vision for a cleaner, faster future. We are looking for a Senior Creative who thrives at the intersection of high-octane sport, sustainability, and cutting-edge technology.
Moving away from the traditional agency structure, you will bring your "big agency" thinking to our in-house team. You aren’t just a "designer" or a "copywriter" - you are a 360-degree conceptual powerhouse. Whether you’re penning a soul-stirring brand manifesto one hour or mapping out a 40,000-person immersive fan zone experience the next, you lead with craft, grit, and a disruptive mindset.
Key deliverables:
- The "Race Bibles": You will own the creative heartbeat of our global E-Prix events. You’ll create comprehensive "Race Bibles" - strategic documents that define the holistic theme for specific races, ensuring the "Big Idea" translates seamlessly from the starting grid to the podium.
- Partner Activations: Our partners are global leaders in tech and sustainability. You will concept and pitch creative ways for these brands to activate within the Formula E ecosystem, ensuring their presence is both authentic to them and additive to our fan experience.
- 360 Marketing Leadership: Working alongside our Creative Studio, you will lead a team of designers to concept and execute integrated campaigns. This spans everything from high-impact OOH and traditional print to scroll-stopping paid social and digital content.
- Brand Evolution: You are a guardian and a provocateur. You’ll be expected to constantly present "needle-shifting" ideas that push the boundaries of what the Formula E brand can be, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in sports and entertainment.
- Narrative Craft: You will be the voice of our creative ambition, writing manifestos and scripts that inspire internal stakeholders and capture the imaginations of fans worldwide.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What we're looking for in you:
- The Agency Pedigree: You'll have extensive experience in a top-tier creative or advertising agency, having moved from Mid-Weight to Senior by proving you can handle the pressure of big-ticket accounts.
- 360 Vision: You have a portfolio that proves you can think beyond the 16:9 frame. You understand how a brand lives in physical spaces, digital environments, and cultural moments.
- Natural Leader: While you’re still "hands-on" with the work, you know how to mentor designers and art directors to get the best out of their skill sets.
- Strategic Storyteller: You don’t just make things look "cool." You understand the why behind the work. You can articulate your ideas with conviction to the Brand & Creative Director and C-suite stakeholders.
- The "Formula E" Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and the logistical challenges of a global touring series. A passion for tech, sport, or sustainability is a major plus.
Technical Skills & Tools
- The Suite: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Presentation Craft: Mastery of Keynote/Deck design—the ability to sell the dream is as important as the dream itself.
- Copy & Art: While you may lean more toward one side (Art or Copy), you are competent in both. You can direct a photo shoot as easily as you can write a headline.
