The Role
Senior Criminal Litigation Solicitor | Central London | Competitive Salary from £100,000+ Benefits
We are delighted to be instructed by a highly regarded specialist boutique practice in Central London in the recruitment of a Senior Criminal Litigation Solicitor to join their established team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Criminal Litigation solicitor with 7-10 years' PQE and significant experience in fraud and white-collar crime to undertake highly complex, bespoke, and high-value contentious work.
The successful candidate will work closely with leading Senior counsel (including K.C), advising a sophisticated client base including high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, public figures, business owners, senior executives, trustees, funds, and professional advisers.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced solicitor seeking a challenging position with substantial responsibility, direct client exposure, and involvement in some of the most complex matters in the market.
You will be involved in:
- Leading complex criminal litigation and fraud matters from inception to conclusion
- Advising clients on high-value and strategically important disputes
- Managing direct relationships with sophisticated private clients and professional advisers
- Working alongside leading counsel on complex and novel legal issues
- Providing strategic advice on white-collar crime investigations and proceedings
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
- Drafting detailed legal advice and case strategy documents
- Managing matters independently with minimal supervision

The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Litigation Solicitor with 7-10 years' PQE
- Strong background in fraud and white-collar crime
- Experience managing complex criminal litigation matters
- Private client and/or tax experience would be advantageous
- Excellent academic credentials (2:1 minimum degree)
- Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Comfortable advising high-profile and demanding clients
