The Role
As The Senior Critical Engineering Manager, you’ll
- Act as the senior technical lead across the campus, providing strategic direction on all Hard FM matters.
- Lead all engineering operations at the headquarters and associated sites.
- Manage a team of approximately 25 engineers, ensuring high standards of operational delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and senior client stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and oversee engineering budgets.

You
To be successful in the role of Senior Critical Engineering Manager, you’ll bring:
- Significant experience leading large engineering teams in critical environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and commercial awareness.
- A solid understanding of statutory compliance and Health & Safety requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
