Senior CRM and Insights Coordinator, London-based with hybrid working at a built environment consultancy.
A leading built environment consultancy is looking for a Senior CRM & Insights Coordinator to join its growing marketing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM and marketing professional to take ownership of the firm’s HubSpot CRM, deliver targeted marketing campaigns, and provide valuable insights through data and performance reporting.
The role will play a key part in ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered effectively, reach the right audiences and generate measurable engagement. You will work closely with the wider marketing team to improve campaign performance, strengthen the firm’s client and prospect data, and maximise the value of its CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to enhance the firm’s marketing efforts.
- Take ownership of the HubSpot CRM, ensuring contact data is accurate, complete, and maintained to a high standard.
- Manage the creation, updating, and maintenance of contact records to support effective segmentation and targeted communications.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights to inform future marketing activity and decision-making.
- Review and refine campaign delivery processes to improve efficiency, engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the firm’s client and prospect database.
- Work with the wider marketing team to support the delivery of the firm’s marketing strategy.
- Develop CRM and campaign insights that help the business better understand its audiences and improve marketing outcomes.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must have experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform. Experience working in a professional services organisation, ideally in the built environment, consultancy, or a similar sector, is key.
This is a key role within the marketing function, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how the firm manages its client data, delivers campaigns, and measures marketing effectiveness.
