Job Description

We're looking for a Senior CRM Data Executive with hands-on Bloomreach experience to join our Direct to Consumer (D2C) Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll use customer data and automation to deliver smarter, more relevant communications that improve the customer experience and support our ambition to help more people feel good about investing.

This is a hands-on CRM role where you'll use Bloomreach to build customer segments, deliver automated journeys and optimise marketing activity. Working closely with our Customer Marketing and Data teams, you'll turn campaign ideas into accurate, targeted communications that drive engagement and support business growth.

What does the job involve?

You'll take ownership of the technical delivery of CRM campaigns and automated customer journeys, using data and insight to make our marketing more effective.

You'll:

  • Build and manage customer segments, targeting rules, scenarios and automated journeys within Bloomreach.
  • Translate marketing briefs into accurate audience selections, campaign logic and CRM activity.
  • Develop personalised, data-driven campaigns using customer behaviour, engagement history and other relevant data.
  • Build and optimise automated customer journeys, from simple triggered emails to more complex, multi-channel programmes.
  • Work closely with Customer Marketing to advise on audience targeting, data availability, campaign feasibility and journey design.
  • Manage and maintain existing CRM scenarios and automated programmes, identifying opportunities to improve performance and reduce manual processes.
  • Analyse campaign and journey performance, creating reports and dashboards that turn data into useful recommendations.
  • Carry out testing and quality assurance to ensure campaigns are accurate and delivered correctly.
  • Support the delivery of ongoing email marketing campaigns and other customer communications.
  • Work with colleagues across Marketing, Product, Data and Operations to improve how we use customer data and marketing automation.
  • Ensure all CRM activity meets our internal governance standards and relevant regulatory requirements, including GDPR, marketing permissions and Consumer Duty.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Around 3 years' or more experience in CRM, email marketing or marketing automation, ideally within an omnichannel environment.
  • A good understanding of customer segmentation, personalisation and automated marketing journeys.
