Job Description

Your Role: Senior CRM Executive

We're looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Senior CRM Executive to join our Consumer Enterprises team.

You'll play a key role in delivering engaging, data-driven CRM campaigns across Global's consumer competitions, with a particular focus on Cash Call and Global Win.

Working across email, push notifications and in-app messaging, you'll create targeted communications that drive customer engagement, participation and retention. You'll work closely with teams across the business to deliver effective campaigns, optimise customer journeys and support our commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Delivery (40%)

  • Plan, build and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns across Cash Call, Global Win and other Consumer Enterprises products.
  • Manage audience segmentation, campaign scheduling, automation and quality assurance to ensure accurate, timely delivery.
  • Coordinate creative briefs, messaging and approvals, ensuring campaigns meet brand, legal and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and manage competing priorities in line with commercial objectives.

Customer Lifecycle & Optimisation (35%)

  • Develop and optimise customer journeys across onboarding, engagement, conversion, retention and re-engagement.
  • Use customer insights and behavioural data to improve targeting, personalisation and campaign effectiveness.
  • Deliver A/B testing across messaging, creative, audiences and timing to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development of CRM best practices and automation across the Consumer Enterprises portfolio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
