About This Role
You’ll join the New Markets team in London on a 6-month fixed-term contract, working alongside leadership across Ireland, Australia, and the US. This is your chance to:
- Play a key role in expanding CRM strategies for global audiences.
- Help design customer-driven growth initiatives that drive loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with international teams to scale successful campaigns and optimise engagement.
- Contribute to the future of Moonpig Group as we redefine how our customers experience our brand.
As a Senior CRM Executive, you’ll work closely with the CRM Manager to develop and execute high-impact customer programmes that inspire, engage, and retain users. Whether it’s crafting compelling journeys, analysing trends, or cross-selling global best practices, your role will blend strategy, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
🎯 Strategy & Innovation
- Develop customer engagement and retention strategies tailored to Irish, Australian, and US markets.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to translate customer insights into actionable CRM programmes.
- Use market research and competitor benchmarks to identify growth opportunities and tactical improvements.
🚀 Journey & Campaign Design
- Design, update, and implement customer journeys supporting new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and evolving customer needs.
- Lead channel-based campaigns, including triggered emails, SMS reminders, automated workflows, and multi-touch newsletters.
- Work with design and content teams to ensure CRM messaging is clear, empathetic, and high-performing.

📊 Analytics & Optimisation
- Measure CRM performance with robust frameworks, including A/B testing, control groups, and ROI analysis.
- Use tools like Tableau, Sailthru Analytics, and Taggo to report on customer lifetime value (CLV), engagement rates, and cohort feedback.
- Iterate on strategies based on data-driven insights, with a focus on increasing CLV.
🤝 Collaboration & Scaling
- Partner with UK and Greetz CRM teams to identify and scale successful New Markets initiatives across the group.
- Represent New Markets interests in cross-departmental projects (e.g., Product, Data Science, Marketing).
- Drive alignment between technical teams, content partners, and sales funnel optimisation.
You Are
🔍 Preferred Experience & Skills
- Proven CRM experience with a clear desire to uplevel your career (or embrace a fresh challenge).
- Strong passion for creating exceptional customer experiences—think personalisation, relevance, and long-term loyalty.
- Curiosity to dig into customer behaviour, using insights to predict trends and optimise touchpoints.
- Technical CRM expertise, including:
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Sailthru).
- Optimization of Email Service Providers (ESPs) and automation workflows.
- Solid understanding of email deliverability, can-spam standards, and data hygiene.
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, or analytical tools is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools to enhance campaign aesthetics.
- Experience working internationally in cross-border markets (advantageous, but not mandatory).
