At Forge Holiday Group, we don’t just do holidays, we create memories. With market-leading brands like Sykes Holiday Cottages, Forest Holidays, and Bachcare in New Zealand, we’re 1,700+ strong and powered by four values: One Business One Team, Keep it Simple, Grow & Learn, Sustainable Impact.

Now, we’re looking for a Senior CRM Executive (Owner) to help us build stronger, smarter and more valuable relationships with our holiday homeowners.

What You Need To Know:

  • Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum
  • Location: Chester HQ, Hybrid working
  • Report To: CRM Manager (Owner)
  • Team: CRM Team
  • Working Pattern: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am until 5:30pm

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on CRM role with real ownership.

You’ll take the lead on the Owner CRM calendar and help shape how we attract, onboard, engage, retain and grow our relationships with holiday homeowners across the Forge Holiday Group portfolio.

Working across brands including Sykes Holiday Cottages, Menai Holidays, Lakelovers and UK Caravans 4 Hire, you’ll turn insight into engaging campaigns and lifecycle journeys using Klaviyo - from initial concept and audience targeting through to build, launch, measurement and optimisation.

You’ll work closely with Data & Analytics, Marketing and external partners, using data, testing and customer insight to continually improve performance.

And because this is a small, focused Owner CRM team, your contribution will be visible. You’ll have the opportunity to influence how we work, champion best practice and make a genuine impact on the customer experience and commercial performance.

You’ll also deputise for the CRM Manager when required, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience and develop your leadership skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
