Senior CRM Executive

A fantastic opportunity at a top global law firm for an experienced Senior CRM Executive who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the day-to-day BAU CRM management and support. You’ll be joining a fabulous team within a firm that is investing heavily in its CRM environment.

Senior CRM Executive – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Jointly manage the firm’s CRM (InterAction) and e-Marketing (Vuture) platforms
  • Resolve ServiceNow queries promptly, promoting user capability and best practice
  • Lead resolution of Data Change Management (DCM) tickets
  • Deliver CRM and e-Marketing training, including inductions and group sessions
  • Advise on data quality, contact management, list creation, reporting, campaigns and automation
  • Support data management, archiving and categorisation
  • Maintain best practice guides and training materials
  • Manage superuser and focus groups to gather feedback and identify system improvements
  • Advise Marketing and Business Development on segmented marketing lists, data quality and deliverability
  • Maintain target lists for Global Key Clients and Strategic Growth Clients to support lead generation and tracking
  • Produce sector and regional data quality reports and support improvement initiatives
  • Manage global data mapping and imports, including partner onboarding and joint event data
  • Support the development and implementation of e-Marketing improvement strategies
  • Assist with CRM and e-Marketing dashboards and reporting

  • Marketing or CRM experience gained within a law firm
  • System and data management experience, including administrator experience of CRM systems (preferably InterAction) and e-marketing systems (preferably Vuture)
  • Experienced and confident working with and for partners and lawyers
