Join Forge Holiday Group as a Senior CRM Executive (Owner)
We're looking for a Senior CRM Executive (Owner) to join our CRM team and help create engaging, data-driven journeys for our holiday homeowners.
📍 Chester HQ (Hybrid Working)
💷 Up to £33,000 per annum
⏰ 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
👤 Reporting to our CRM Manager (Owner)
👥 Part of our CRM Team
What you'll be doing:
- Own the Owner CRM calendar across multiple brands
- Build and deliver CRM campaigns and automated journeys in Klaviyo
- Manage owner lifecycle communications from acquisition to retention
- Use segmentation, testing and insight to improve performance
- Analyse engagement and conversion data to drive results
- Work closely with Data & Analytics, Marketing and external partners
- Support lead generation activity with our telemarketing agency
- Represent Owner CRM in wider business projects
- Deputise for the CRM Manager when required
- Champion CRM best practice and continuous improvement

What you'll bring:
- Hands-on CRM experience, including automated journeys and campaigns
- Experience with an ESP or marketing automation platform (Klaviyo preferred)
- Knowledge of email, SMS, WhatsApp, apps and direct mail
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of email deliverability, consent management and UK GDPR
- Experience working with agencies or external suppliers
- A proactive, organised and commercially focused approach
Nice to have:
- Travel, tourism or hospitality experience
- Multi-brand CRM experience
- B2B or sales lifecycle campaign experience
- HTML/CSS knowledge
- Mentoring or coaching experience
