📊 Join Forge Holiday Group as a Senior CRM Executive (Owner)!

We’re looking for a Senior CRM Executive (Owner) to join our CRM team and help build stronger, smarter and more valuable relationships with our holiday homeowners. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, giving you the opportunity to shape CRM activity across some of our leading holiday brands.

📍 Chester HQ (Hybrid Working)

💷 Up to £33,000 per annum

⏰ 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm

👤 Reporting to our CRM Manager (Owner)

👥 Part of our CRM team

What you’ll be doing:

  • 📅 Own and optimise the Owner CRM calendar and key lifecycle journeys
  • 🚀 Build and deliver campaigns and automated journeys using Klaviyo
  • 🎯 Manage audience segmentation, targeting and campaign quality across multiple brands
  • 📊 Use data, insight and testing to improve engagement, conversion and retention
  • 🤝 Work closely with Data & Analytics, Marketing and external partners
  • 📣 Support lead generation activity and campaign delivery with our third-party agency
  • 🌱 Share learnings and champion best practice across CRM and Regional Marketing
  • ⭐ Deputise for the CRM Manager when required, building your leadership experience

What you’ll bring:

  • ✔ Strong hands-on CRM experience, including automated journeys and campaign optimisation
  • ✔ Experience with an enterprise ESP or marketing automation platform, ideally Klaviyo
  • ✔ Understanding of multi-channel marketing, including email, SMS/WhatsApp, mobile apps and direct mail
  • ✔ Strong data and analytical skills, with experience using insight to improve performance
  • ✔ Good understanding of email deliverability, consent, preference management and UK GDPR
  • ✔ Confident stakeholder management and experience working with external agencies or suppliers

Experience in travel, tourism or hospitality, working across multiple brands, B2B or full-lifecycle sales campaigns is a bonus. HTML/CSS knowledge or experience supporting and mentoring colleagues would also be great.
