SENIOR CRM EXECUTIVE

You will support the delivery of the retention and acquisition strategy across CRM channels. Creating best in class, innovative campaigns across email marketing. As Senior CRM Executive, your responsibilities will include, ownership and execution of the customer email plan, ensuring it always meets customer and commercial needs.
Some of the things that you will do:
- Manage the end-to-end process for timely execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinating CRM content planning within the Marketing team to ensure all communications are on-brand, accurate, relevant, and timely.
- Analyse performance, improve deliverability and list health, and turn insights into actions that grow revenue and customer engagement.
- Assisting the overhaul of lifecycle journeys to drive a considered customer communication strategy.
- Assisting with the application of AI technology across the area.
- Supporting with the implementation of new CRM Marketing Platform and launch of new channels.
- Helping grow and shape the CRM function. Addressing governance, segmentation, processes, testing, and best practice documentation.
- Assisting the development segmentation strategies to ensure campaigns are suitably targeted to maximise email open rates and conversion.
- Creating innovative and engaging content; driving customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Pushing boundaries and exceeding KPIs and objectives.
- Monitoring email deliverability.
- Support and own strategic CRM projects.
- Assist the growth and scale of cross brand CRM campaigns.

What we are looking for:

- 2-3 years’ experience in a CRM role.
- A creative, analytical, and commercially driven individual.
- Educated to degree level or experience gained from a similar role and environment.
- Experience in email marketing and campaign management tools. Braze expertise desirable.
- Highly organised and process driven.
- Demonstrable customer-centric thinking.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work who excels in challenging environments.
- Actively keeps up to date, researching and reporting on new trends and industry best practice.
- Excellent command of MS Office-package.
- Team player, able to work with multiple business functions to achieve objectives.
- Basic HTML and Canva knowledge is desirable.
