Senior CRM Executive
London | Hybrid (4 days office)
We're partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing consumer fintechs as they continue an exciting period of growth. Recently recognised as one of the UK's fastest-growing companies, revenues have doubled over the last 12 months and the business is already profitable.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a CRM Executive to join a high-growth business and take ownership of customer lifecycle marketing across a range of travel-focused campaigns. You'll play a key role in driving customer activation, engagement, and retention, using data to shape campaigns that encourage customers to get the most from the product and maximize long-term value.
The Role
You'll own CRM campaigns from planning through to execution and optimization. There is already a strong lifecycle program in place, giving you an excellent foundation to build from. The opportunity is to go beyond simply delivering campaigns by using customer insight and commercial thinking to identify new opportunities that increase engagement, usage, and retention.
You'll have genuine ownership of your CRM programs, with the autonomy to test ideas, optimize customer journeys, and influence campaign strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
